Primus Company LLC owns and operates 60 apartment units in Southington and East Hartford and manages approximately 130 acres of open space in Southington, Plainville, Vernon, and Coventry. Our affiliate Imperial Development oversees the development of Grant Hill Estates, an upscale subdivision located in scenic Coventry.
